Operations board for the recommended flow

A short path to deploy the workflow without extra narrative.

Prepare

Prepare the patient form before the interaction starts.

Document prep keeps the signature moment ready instead of forcing cleanup at the desk. Typical documents at this stage: Patient registration forms and Consent and point-of-care paperwork Fields and signer data are prepared before the operator reaches the signer.

Capture

Capture the signature on Wacom hardware at the desk or point of care.

The signature is captured on Wacom hardware with the event tied back to the PDF and signer context. STU-540 fits most registration desks. DTU-1141B works better when staff need more document review on screen.

Complete

Store the signed PDF so staff can retrieve it later.

After signing, the PDF is saved into a retrieval-ready structure so teams can return to it later with context. Teams can return to the file for support, review, and traceability needs.
