Prepare

Prepare forms before the approval step starts.

Document prep keeps the signature moment ready instead of forcing cleanup at the desk. Typical documents at this stage: Citizen and customer forms and Regulated approvals and acknowledgements Fields and signer data are prepared before the operator reaches the signer.

Capture

Capture the handwritten signature onsite in a familiar way.

The signature is captured on Wacom hardware with the event tied back to the PDF and signer context. STU-540 is the default counter device. DTU-1141B fits desks that need a larger review surface before signing.

Complete

Store the signed PDF so staff can retrieve it later.

After signing, the PDF is saved into a retrieval-ready structure so teams can return to it later with context. Teams can return to the file for support, review, and traceability needs.
